The State is constantly updating its laws and codes and at times the State exams will lag behind these changes. Industry Schools understands this and has 3 editors that maintain the Current Course Content. To insure that we provide the most current information we have created the 'Contractors Circle'. 

The Contractors Circle;
The Contractors Circle was established to provide an update service for the current State exam questions and information.  Participation in our information feedback program is your only requirement. Just let us know of any NEW information and/or questions we didn't address in our course materials that appeared in your exam.

Our Editors;
Our editors will research the information and create new exam questions with the correct answers and explanations. This provides us current study materials and exam questions that we will distribute back to you. This circle of information will insure your success as well as the contractors that follow you.

To obtain your Refund follow these steps;

1. Enough Study Time; You must provide yourself adequate time for study. Typically a minimum of 4 weeks per course.
2. Request Updates; You must contact us and obtain any course update questions and answers prior to taking your state exam.
3. When you get your Exam date; Email us at Updates@IndustrySchools.com and include your Name, Trade, Order# and Fax# or call us at 408-243-3636.
4. We will fax you any updates; for your trade course within 48 hours. Study the new question and answers and disregard the out dated ones.
5. The day of the Exam; try to remember and note any questions and type of answers that appeared on the test that were not covered in our materials.
6. After the Exam; write down any questions that were on the exam that we didn't cover and list any subjects you need additional information on. Then fax them to 408-244-0253.
7. $10 for each Question you remember; Even if you Pass, Industry Schools will refund $10 for each NEW question that you supply up to a maximum of $250.
8. Our Editors will research; each question and generate a NEW practice question, answer and explanation for that trade exam.
9. We will fax you Updates; once the editors have updated your exam questions we will FAX them to you with any additional study materials.
10. If you fail; the state exams for any reason fax your notice to 408-243-0253 and continue to study. We will send you any new updated questions and answers.
11. When you receive your updates; study the new information and re-set your exam date. If you do not pass again repeat the above instructions and send any NEW questions we didn't cover. We will refund you $10 for each new question.
12. If you fail a third time; and have actively participated in the Contractors Circle we will pay you 200% of your original course price less any prior refunds.
