Student Enrollment Process

  1. We will take the first step by filling in your Enrollment Verification Form. A copy of the form will be included with the enrollment packet.

  2. We will fill in your Student I.D. Number on the form, the enrollment date and other basic information. The enrollment date is important because both the DRE and BPPVE have regulations regarding the duration of your study. 

  3. Accordingly, We will mail your enrollment forms to our Publisher the same day the Student Course is mailed.

  4. The Publisher will open a Student File for you upon receipt of the Enrollment Form. Remember our Publisher is approved by the DRE and BPPVE and you are actually regarded as their student.

A License Qualification Course and enrollment packet includes: 

  • The appropriate textbook for the course. 

  • Copy of your Enrollment Verification Form

  • A complete set of written instructions

  • Correspondence forms

  • The necessary DRE forms. 

  • "Salesperson Exam Application" for Principles Packet

  • "The Most Commonly Asked Questions about Getting a California Real Estate Salesperson's License," 

  • "Statutory Course Transcript Submittal" for Broker Students

  • "The Most Commonly Asked Questions about Getting a California Real Estate Broker's License." 

  • All paperwork comes in a durable plastic pouch

It's important that every student receives his or her own textbook. Part of our home-study approval is based on issuing a complete set of materials to every student. This means no one can "share" a book ? not even a husband and wife team.
